Perinatal & Postnatal Mental Health

Pregnancy and early parenthood can be emotionally complex, and the psychological challenges that come with them are often under-recognised. Our Perinatal Specialist Psychologists have specific expertise in supporting women and families through perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, pregnancy loss and the adjustment into parenthood.

Your psychological care is coordinated directly with your GP and maternity team, so your emotional well-being is treated as part of your overall care rather than separately from it.
