Mental health is a core part of your overall wellbeing. It's often closely connected to physical health, major life transitions and the demands of early parenthood. Our GPs provide a straightforward, judgement-free starting point for anyone who needs support, and can coordinate care with our in-house psychologists or refer externally if needed or preferred.

Our GPs assess and manage a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment difficulties. If you're not sure where to start or want to talk through what you're experiencing before taking the next step, a GP appointment is the right place to begin.
Where ongoing or more specialised support is needed, your GP can develop a Mental Health Care Plan and refer you directly to our in-house psychologists so your care stays connected.

The journey to pregnancy and through early parenthood can be stressful in ways that are often difficult to recognise or talk about. Some people struggle to fall pregnant, experience recurrent losses or undergo fertility treatments, all of which can create significant distress.
Our GPs provide screening and support for perinatal anxiety and depression throughout your pregnancy and postnatal care, and work directly with our in-house psychologists where a higher level of support is needed. Our team understands these challenges well and are here to help.
